I'm chucking the bits in the photo out, but before I do just thought I'd put them on here incase my rubbish is what you need...I know it's mostly junk but there there's times I've chucked stuff then regretted it later!

Continental Ultrasport tyre 25mm. Don't know what condition, seems alright but seems to have let 4 punctures in (2nd hand bike, took innertube out today).
165mm crankset and bottom bracket (68mm) off the raleigh I'm converting to a ss.
Two MTB spokes that came with the cape wrath MTB I had (RIP :( )
Loads of white reflectors, some with clips, some without -I don't know - someone/s kids might be able to use them for something
Resin pedals that wiggle throwed in with holly's GT
Trouser guard off the ol MTB

Hope someone will have a use for it!
