Hey Greg, it'll be nice to see you out on the bike. This ride will be very steady as several of us will have banged out a ton the previous day!
Aware of the ton up the day before, just hoping to taper in to normality - a ton up is probably pushing it.
Not sure how the hand/arm will hold out, it's ok on the turbo for 1 hour plus but there's no road buzz, 1 step at a time I guess :)
Looking forward to it now, hope the wind has settled down by then!

I'm going to give this a miss now, bit gutted but I have a cold and today's ride didn't help, can't afford to make it worse or let it get to my chest. Have a good un!

Still trying to move my youngest back home ..... Bigger job than we thought so gonna have to put off my comeback ride for a week or so.
I'm afraid I'm probably out now too, going to have to go into work unfortunatly :-(

3 of us out in the end (Me, Will and Michael). A cold morning but a nice ride out into the Vale. THe bacon sandwich at Dove Cottage was most welcome. 56 miles today gives me 157 for the weekend - not bad for this time of year!
I'll be out, good steady ride after the previous days ton!
